The company pulled out the dishwasher and fixed the problem we were having. Unfortunately the service person accidently disconnected/loosened the drain hose. When we used the dishwasher, we had a minor flood. When I contacted the company, I dealt with the owner and he apologized &helped out. I understand accidents happen and I'm pleased with their follow up.
