The Duct cleaning team arrived on time within the window that they provided to me in advance. Once here, they were very friendly and got to work straight away in assessing the job. Before they started work - they spoke to me and explained what was going to be done. What I loved the most is they fully explained how the whole system worked - which I appreciated and learned a bunch. The team was polite, honest and worked in a timely manner.
