Given the unpredictability of Ottawa winters, this company does an excellent job of snow removal. Furthermore, they are quite good at working in difficult to manage spaces. I have done business with them for over a decade. I think it is important for customers of any snow removal company to remember that it does take time for the company to learn to work with the customer's specific needs. About the only thing more I would want is a bit more responsiveness to things like email messages. However, the company does provide updates on its work on its website and Twitter. All in all a very good to excellent company.
