****UPDATE - arrests have been made in this matter. I am Unable to share link due to word exclusions***** Clementine Pool and Spa signed a contract to build an ICF pool for me. I paid him a deposit. He claimed he had applied for permits from the city, getting a survey of my property, pool design, pool equipment, dig permissions. He did not complete any of this work, even though he said he did. I have verified this with the city and all sources noted above. When I found this out, I terminated the contract and demanded my deposit back. He has refused to return my deposit and does not respond to my calls and emails. I got zero service for the deposit I provided. The company and individual have many opportunities to make this right but are not.
