It all started approximately five years ago when we purchased our new home. The windows in the whole house started to develop mold around the frame of the windows. They seem to always be wet in the colder months. Then the downstairs windows, which was made from wood also started developing mold. My husband and I each year used every type of product out there to eradicate this problem to no avail. We called Canadian Choice Windows to inspect the windows and give us a solution. The solution was to replace all the windows and doors in the house because the mold had developed on the windows and was not going to go away. We were not expecting this cost but knew that they needed to be replaced or get sick from the mold. Stan Rait our sales representative ordered the windows and doors, with a turnaround time of two months. Canadian Choice called to advise me that the windows and doors were ready and could we please set up a date for installation. Slava and Dmitri arrived on time on the set date and the installation took three days. The service was excellent and the two gentlemen were very polite and professional. At the end of all the installation we were given instructions on how the windows operated. Perfect I said! We walked around and inspected each window and noticed that two of the windows had scratches on them. Pictures were taken and forwarded to the appropriate department for a remake. The remade windows arrived six weeks later (due to the delay with Covid) and installed by Michael and his associate. It took them all of ten minutes to replace the glass in the windows.
