Eric came over to fix the connection from my TV to the TV rack on the wall. He realized that the wrong screws were used in the installation, that’s why they came loose. I found the original screws and he removed the TV from the wall and saw that the two parts of the rack that were attached to the TV were upside down. He turned them around, reinstalled the rack and the TV and asked to use my vacuum to clean up. All done in good time. He did an excellent job! I would call him if I need more work done in the future and would recommend him to friends and family.
