I can not say enough good things about Mark and his staff. I needed new carpet installed in one of our retails stores in Oakville. I found Mark's information online and after reading some very good reviews I contacted him and asked him to come take a look at the store to give me a price. He was able to make it within a couple days to come meet with me. He took a few minutes to take some measurements and was able to give me a price right there on the spot. We agreed to the price and payment options and were able to book a date that day. This was extremely helpful as I had let Mark know that I was working on a rather tight timeline. He was very accommodating to my needs and was extremely organized in getting things done. The guy's that came to do the install were amazing. Extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. When they encountered an issue with some patches on the floor that was done on my part, they were able to come up with a couple of different options to solve the problem. Once I agreed to one of the options they were able to fix the problem immediately and got the carpet completed in the same time they had initially told me. The install was done extremely well and we are very satisfied with the finished product. I would not hesitate to refer Mark and Victorious Flooring to anyone in need of new carpet. Even when there were a couple of issues on my end, Mark never once said that it could not be done or that it was too much of a hassle. He would go out of his way to find a solution to the problem and offer a number of different options in order to work with my budget and timeline. Thanks so much Mark.
