Two years later and $27000 for the initial work, the basement leaks….
Hired to repair this old house… the dig up crew were impressive and so is/ was the main wall straightening and angle iron installer. BUT , they still only used 1.5 feet 18” of bluskin waterproofing membrane on the lowest part of the wall, not like I. Their advertising,in which all the outer wall is covered in this stuff… no, it was cut into small sections left in my yard to soften and placed on in one quick job..the four large cracks on the inside that were supposed to be fixed weren’t either. Some of the inside work looks good, but still is wet as I type this…. Please avoid This group if you care about your home/ property.
