We were searching for a reputable contractor to fix our backyard and front driveway to add extra parking area for over 10yrs! Our corner unit townhouse needed a special care and planning due to a major slope that is part of subdivision structure. To top it up, we have a catch basin that is located at the corner of our property. It caused us many issues in the past and any attempts to fix it, took us back to square one. Our backyard was a mess! When we learned of the plan VIP Paving and Interlocking designed for us, we were so thrilled! Natan and Costa addressed each and every one of our concerns in a creative and unique way that required engineering skills. They transformed the problematic area we had to endure for years, to a fully functional backyard without compromising the drainage issue, that is not only fixed but also improved. Our backyard is looking like an oasis!! The front of the house was also challenging since our grading is sloped and there are lots of measurements to take into an account when constructing a project of this nature. Natan and Costa worked hand in hand with their amazing crew to prefect the entire project like it was their own home. The front of the house interlocking project attracted lots of interest from the neighbours passing by during the construction. Everyone commented about the high quality of work and planning that was evident while the construction took place. we had people stopping by to ask us about our contractor and how amazing our plan looked like, even before it was done! Our backyard interlocking/catch basing and front interlocking project was a huge success and we are confident it will be used as a model for other similar projects for years to come. It was a pleasure working with Natan and Costa. They are professional, knowledgeable, very creative and receptive to our concerns and were very attentive and proactive with troubleshooting each and every obstacle that arose along the way to completion. We feel very privileged to have worked with VIP Paving and Interlocking. The transformation is beyond what words can express. We moved from a dysfunctional, unused backyard, broken asphalt and uneven front lawn to the envy of the street.
