I called Tony after having major problems with another plumbing outfit. The other company could not undertake the work required to install under floor heating and basically walked away from the job. Tony, on the other hand, was extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond. He hand-built a customized manifold and managed to install it in an extremely tight space. The under floor pex was correctly installed and pressure tested. I will be using Tony again to finish the rest of my renovation. If Homestars allowed an "11" rating - Tony O'Donnell and Sons would merit it.

I have read many reviews on this site. Not only about this company but many others. I came to the conclusion that companies with a perfect '10' are in some way manipulating their reviews as part of their sales pitch, Art Metal Workshop are a genuine hard working company and I write this review, not because they were the best around but because they dealt with minor problems both timely and professionally. There was no mention of bargaining for a good review! Positive reviews should also be based on what sort of 'after sales' one receives. There are often issues with all sorts of renovations, it's how the company responds to those issues that renders them professional. We had a single off-set railing installed in my new basement stairs. Quality workmanship but a little issue with one of the brackets. After a phone call, the railing was re-configured and re-installed in a short while, Thanks Alex for your professionalism
