In 2006 we had Granite Transformations supply and install new kitchen counter tops in our home within a year we noticed that the finish had lost its luster. Over the next several years we received nothing but a run around. In October we decided to give it another go only to find that the company had changed hands in the past eighteen months.after discussion with new owner Greg Brown we were encouraged that he was taking matters into his own hands, within a week he advised that the manufacturer was warranting their product and that he would provide the labor for the new installation. I would like to thank installer Tyson for his professionalism and a job well done. I would also like to thank Greg for stepping up displaying a keen desire for customer satisfaction.
