We would like to express our sincere thanks to Ruslan who went over and above to accommodate us this evening for a small return. We were 5 minutes late and the warehouse was closed. As we were being turned away from the front desk, he stepped out of the back office and offered a hand in accepting and processing our return. That type of customer service goes a long way. .... Very much appreciated. Not to mention the fact that we absolutely love the laminate flooring we purchased. We highly recommend AA Floors for both quality and outstanding customer service. A truly amazing company that takes pride in the work they do! Sergio and his team did a FANTASTIC job designing and installing a high quality custom kitchen & bathroom for us. The whole team was professional, honest & helpful from start to finish. The standard of workmanship by the installers was second to none. From initial design to quality of cabinets we couldn't have picked a more dedicated group of people to work with. Special thanks to Sergio, Veronika, Vlad, Dante & Lisa for all the follow up and customer care. The whole team was kind, respectful, skilled and knowledgeable.
