They came in, showed them where things were and they just went from there. My ducts have not been done in 20+ years so it took an hour. Really glad I got the cleaning done as I needed to vacuum around my registers afterwards. I would recommend these guys and after what came out of my ducts, I would recommend every few years. ( Not 20+) Thank you as you did a great job ☺️
