Beyond their being punctual, ethical and reliable; here's the best example about the great work by Brad at Kantra: a full year after his work we needed to turn off a light series breaker but couldn't find it in our panel. After a few hours of looking/testing, we called Brad. His response: "isn't that in the emergency subpanel, breaker 3"? Yup - it was. We forgot we had this subpanel, but he remembered a year later. Great work, Brad and Kantra!
