We hired Alliance to refresh our ugly overhang on our semi detached home and they achieved my vision exactly as we discussed. There was additional issues that we encountered with rot. They were repaired and they achieved a beautiful finish. My husband is extremely particular with contractors and even he can’t complain! Thank-you to Gabe and his crew for such a beautiful job!

I have to say we are beyond happy with Vasyl and his crew. We have used him for different jobs for a few years now on two homes. He was originally referred to us by our neighbour. His prices are always reasonable and competitively priced. He has installed sump pumps and back flow preventers in both of our homes. As well as pipe replacement and installation of 2 floor drains in the basement in both homes. All of his work is top quality and he really takes pride to do things properly. I am so happy to have him as our plumber, he is always there when we have needed his services and he is always punctual. We had a complication and he went above and beyond to make everything perfect. He really does stand behind his work. He is also one of the cleanest contractors I think we have encountered. Plumbing work can be quite messy work but everything was put back together beautifully. We have recommended Vasyl to family and will continue to use him for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you for everything!

The contractor came out and did the work. Looked ok so we paid him. After looking in further depth later we noticed that as we are a semi detached home it was not taken to the center of the home on the front of the house. We measured to verify and it was out by 6", we called Tim, he came out to look and said there was nothing wrong. When confronted with the measurements he made more excuses. Eventually he told us that we were being too picky and that he doesn't owe us anything we are harassing him and to not contact him. We called him only once to complain and he turned into a totally different person. We were shocked and disgusted over his behavior. We have since hired another company to fix his mistake. His work was fine other than him not rectifying his mistake...and he was very rude. DO NOT HIRE this guy. He has no customer service or pride in his work.
