The Roofers completed our roof in late May 2021. In the past, we have dealt with many contractors for a variety of reasons and understand how, at times, they can be unreliable. However, this is not the case with the Roofers. It is clear that this company is trying to evolve how the roofing business operates as the customer base changes. Five themes are consistently evident when you deal with Ash/Sean: (1) Professional; (2) Responsive; (3) Always on time; (4) Ability to listen effectively; and (5) Strong communicators. We were extremely happy with the Roofers and do not consider them as contractors. Ash listened to all our needs/concerns and ensured they were all addressed to our satisfaction. The initial consultation was very professional and the presentation was clear and well-laid out. When roofing, the workers ensured our property was kept as clean as possible at all times. The end product looked incredible. We allowed 5 roofing companies to provide us a quote. The Roofers came in third from a price perspective. But they knocked it out of the park when it came to all phases of the project: Consultation, Installation and after-sales service. We are fairly particular people when it comes to work effort around our house. We were extremely happy with the Roofers and highly recommend this company. Thank you Ash and Sean.
