I was frustrated with my basement light, it's an old house and I began to think the worst. I called Kantra worried that I would be looking at a huge time consuming project that I was unprepared for. I was happy with how fast Brad was able to come to diagnose the issue I had been having. Within no time he found the problem and was able to repair it on the spot. He was courteous and explained the problem clearly. I am very impressed with Kantra and will be using them in the future.
