I've been burned by these guys twice. The first time was about 5 years ago. I made a morning appointment to get my hot water tank replaced. They never showed up during the two hour time window they gave me. I called twice and both times they said someone was on their way. After four hours someone finally did arrive and was surprised I would be annoyed. Service tip: if you are going to be late: phone. Five years later I decided to try them again for my sewer vent stack problem and the story was exactly the same. They finally did call to say someone was coming...four hours late! Stay away from these guys if you don't want to spend the entire day waiting around for your plumber to show up!
