Replaced both furnace and AC two months ago and theyre working fine. I got a competitive quote, they came in, did a clean job and got out. Very honest and professional. Simple.

Requested my skylight be replaced and build a new exhaust fan vent for my office, which I smoke in. Skylight replacement was great. The previous installer had created a T junction to split one roof vent bet my bathroom and office. Jincheng were supposed to build a new one and connect each separately. They didn't, sighting that the existing tube was too short ( didn't bring any extra tubes with them ), and the worst was that they disconnected my existing bathroom exhaust fan vent completely, so that it was venting in my attic. In the winter that would have been a disaster. It was a ticking time bomb. The guy who did the job didn't speak any English and was impossible to communicate with, flustered all the time and just wanted to get out by patching things up. Really dissappointed and angry.

Hi Mamdooh,First of all, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our work. we immediately contacted the three men who had worked that day and got the exact details of the work.
According to the exact words you requested, 1.Replace wooden Velux 2x2 skylight with a vinyl one.
2.Fix minor issues on the roof with sidings, nailing resealing.
3.Install a new vent in the roof for an exhaust fan, connect the tube in the attic. Tube is already there, just need to connect it.
The guys did everything you asked us to do. The tube you also emphasize already has. so we not bringing a new one.While working, the guys found that your tube is not long enough to connect the T junction, so they give you a recommend to connected the tube to the newly opened vent for exhaust and close the one side of T junction. We called you and had you consent to do it. We are very sorry for the guys poor English. Although he didn't speak good English, but finally gave you the finished picture and got your approval. Nothing seems to affect the bathroom exhaust.
