I called S&S Masonry with high hopes after reading their 5 star reviews posted here. I was pleased when Shawn promptly returned my call and came 2 days later to see what I wanted done. He was very nice and polite, inspected the job and agreed to get back to me by e-mail early the following week with quotes. The job either scared him away or he just did not want to do it. More than a month later he has not bothered to contact me with either the quotes or to tell me he did not want the job. Unprofessional and total waste of time.
