I moved into a house a few months ago and was looking to assess the situation in my attic with insulation and ventilation. After calling several companies, Konstantin was the most responsive. He came by to take a look and identified that the amount of insulation in the attic was not up to code. He also recommended installing rafter vents. All the work was done perfectly and at a cost that came in below everyone else. I highly recommend Konstantin for all your insulation needs.

We recently moved into a home that needed major TLC in terms of window and door caulking/sealant. Chris did a fantastic job removing the old caulking with care and applying need caulking that looks like it may never need to be replaced again. We had quite the job for him as we have over 20 windows plus doors, pipes, etc. Chris also has a fantastic, positive attitude and it was a joy to have him around. Highly recommended for all your caulking needs.

My wife and I have been looking to brighten our kitchen up by changing the colour from a dark brown to a bright white. I chose Geoff and Small Town Painting based on some feedback that I read on Facebook. I have to say that I definitely do not regret that decision.
