All 30 wooden frame windows needed replacement in my two story, walk-out basement home. After numerous discussions and quotes from various window suppliers and installers, I decided to award Vinyl Window Pro with the job. Vinyl Window Pro provided me with the confidence I needed that they had a superior vinyl window product for the price, comparable warranty and that they could be counted on for an experienced team of installers using a superior installation technique. I chose to go with double 4 mm thick and not triple glazed windows that were Low E and south facing windows that were Ultra Low E. I am very happy with my decision. Vinyl Window Pro took accurate measurements, were on schedule as to when the installation would occur and had all my 30 windows installed over 4.5 days. They started everyday on time, 9:00 AM, and always left the work site organized and clean. I inspected every window installation and no shortcuts were taken from the discussed procedure. All existing oak window casings were retained and carefully reinstalled with no damage or fit-up issues.
