Good initial interaction. However, the design was altered after the quote and the workman did not get approval for the change. Workman on site was gruff and not open for conversation. Told about change when job was done. Also scope reduced without warning. They reduced the invoice price, but overall did not get what I thought I was paying for. If you use their service plan on spending a lot of time with the workman on site to ensure that what they create meets your expectations.

Our pricing is typically higher than an independent contractor as we ensure our professional technicians have at least 10 years of experience, are bonded and insured for your protection, arrive in uniform and a company van with their own tools and are ready to work. That being said, we communicated to you the different options for the repair and the total cost at the beginning of the project. Once the technicians began working they completed the repairs with one of the originally discussed solutions and returned the rest of the money for the repair they were unable to complete, as it was not safe with the weather conditions.
