We came to the cottage to discover about a third of the lights and outlets not functioning. I went to the HomeStars website put in the address and problem and received a call within 2 hours from the contractor who would handle the call. We had a date and time confirmed by that afternoon.
The licensed crew arrived on time on the right day and fixed the problem in short order. They were able to trace the system identify the two problems in under an hour. That is a task that would have taken me all summer if I ever did identify it. Within 2 hours of arriving everything was working perfectly.
Now we can enjoy a summer free of extension cords and rechargeable flashlights.
