Vugar admitted to me that their guarantee is basically a sham. I paid him $452 to get rid some mice in my home because it came with a 6 month guarantee. We keep our house pretty clean, we have a cleaner come in every week, but old houses have these issues sometimes. After the first visit from Vugar, the problem got worse. I texted and called him about it, but he ignored all of my texts and calls for a while. 4 months later he finally gets around to answering me and agrees to come try again. After that, the problem continues to get worse. I ask about the guarantee, and he says the fine print basically makes that impossible to enforce. I feel like I got ripped off, I hope you have better luck.

Very few contractors deserve 10 stars, but Julian does. I hired him in June to build my front gate, and was really happy with the result, so I hired him again to build my back gate a few months later. He's truly passionate about building a quality product, and ensuring it lasts. I had some requests regarding aesthetics, and he took precise notes and built the gates to exactly match what I was looking for. He also built it incredibly fast, even my neighbours commented on how impressed they were that he installed it in one day. I highly recommend him.
