I had a small hole under the soffit at the side of the roof that was large enough for birds to get in and build a nest. I got in touch with Yuri and he was able to determine that the flashing was missing. He was able to send Paul out earlier than expected to make the repairs and check the soffit for any remaining birds nests inside. Paul did a fantastic job!
