Moved into our new home at Chelsea Hill in West Whitby last November. The customer service team is amazing. Both the current manager Lucas and the previous manager Jeff, and their crew, Rolf and Jeff, they are all professional, friendly, and responsive. The first time when I met Rolf, he told me 'I will be at your service for the next 3 years. Don't hesitant to give us a call.' - what a warm and encouraging message to the customers. Very impressed with the Builder and their services!
