Not punctual: came at 7:30pm when he was expected between at 6 and 6:30pm. Hurry up and knocked the cement from the sealed pipe. Pipe to repaired line is not reinforced/sealed and so pipe keeps spinning around when attempts were made to turn on pipe. Owner to Company tried and followup. I am not happy with work initially done. The job is incomplete: No reinforcement, mending was done to repaired damage done by worker/plumber. Called in one job and it was compounded with another.
