Promised for good quality windows and it didnt got thru enery aduit
I got windows installed from Mr. Dharam, he promised for best quality but it didn’t went thru the quality audit. He is getting agitated when I expressed my frustration after the quality audit. He informed me that he is doing the similar job installation for all. I am not a technical guy but I received this information that he is installing 26/27 and grade C windows. After installation he expressed his happiness and satisfaction with our work . After that, as per promotion, we also gave him zebra blinds for free. His family was again very happy and satisfied. Then we asked him to provide us the remaining balance, however, he started asking for further DISCOUNT. We replied with a NO, then, his attitude changed and he started using words like "CHEATER" "FRAUD" etc through text messaging. He also threatened us by saying that he'll give us bad reviews.
