During our initial meeting with Williams, we felt confident with his expertise. We were happy with the fact that his services were a one stop shop. We were originally thinking of a stone fireplace mantel but would have had to hire a separate gas person for the new fireplace and other contractors. Williams was able to make our vision come to life. His attention to detail and fine workmanship was greatly appreciated. The custom mantel was exactly what we were envisioning, modern and sleek. The whole team worked hard on our behalf. From the tear down of the existing fireplace which included matching the brick outside to cover the existing hole to the gas fireplace install and lastly the fake wall and custom mantel. We recently had Arash (Summit Contractors) and his team complete two projects for us. 1. Replace our old air conditioner: This was installed on time, at a good price and professionally done. He tested everything thoroughly and stepped us through how everything works, great job! 2. We had to replace the silicon in our on suite shower and replace the wood base board with matching tile. The team gave us good advice on how this should be done and recommended a larger baseboard to match the new height of the shower tile base. Everything was completed as agreed. There was one slight issue regarding the paint job on the baseboard, but this was rectified immediately. Worth a mention is that Arash followed up on all work to make sure we were pleased with the work done. We would definitely recommend Arash (Summit Contractors) and his team.

Debra and her assistant arrived on time and immediately went to town on cleaning my son's condo. They brought all their own cleaning products including a vacuum. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. The condo has never been that clean especially the stove top. R-Tech Windows replaced 3 Windows in our home and 6 Windows plus 2 sliding doors in my mother's home. Mat and his team are very professional with a great attention to detail, including clean up.
