I found a small leak in my basement. Called Cody at cjl and he was able to come the next day (it was not an urgent leak) and was right on time. He was able to find and fix 2 cracks found in a drainage pipe from the kitchen. Cody was thorough to make sure all leaks were fixed (that's how he found the second crack in the pipe). Would definitely call again for my next plumbing issue.

Using Terra's home inspection service was a breeze even with this booming housing market. We called (on a weekend no less) and she answered right away and was able to give us available times. Everything happened on time and we were well informed of the process before the actual inspection took place. Terra has a great personality and helped us understand how to take care of our home once we move in. Terra was thorough. Would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
