Matthew came out on the weekend to assess my request and to provide a quote. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what I was getting. Matthew reviewed the options and choices available and what he had done before and how it worked in installations similar to mine. Matthew made a recommendation, giving me the final approval. I had a heat pump installed for heating, cooling and dehumidifying. The crew was on time, they cleaned up the site each day, and left the floors free of debris and dust. The crew was very respectful of my work space and quiet times and worked around my conference calls, and still finished the job when they said they would, on budget. The crew is friendly and answered all my questions. Matthew followed up after the installation to make sure that I understood how to use the system and the phone app (which is fantastic!). The system I chose will heat and cool, and dehumidify and it can be controlled remotely. We have really enjoyed being able to heat our place before our arrival, and I look forward to being able to cool the place before we arrive as well. Overall, I was very impressed with the people and the product. When I did have one question, I was able to call Matthew and he was available to take my call and provide an immediate answer. I would HIGHLY recommend H Mann Heat and Cool!!
