Work Order # 434247 > Our refridgerator/freezer warmed up considerably. The techs came out, I told them what we were experiencing, they listened. Next thing I know it, our kitchen looked like an operating room. They had their diagnostics hooked up to everything and anything. A couple of hours later, they told me that what I thought was the issue, was not the issue. I thought it was a thermostat issue, but was actually the compressor. As we had bought the extended warranty, they gave us the lowdown of what to expect. I found the techs punctual, thorough, honest and upfront. They were also prompt with their service calls. After the part was replaced, we had regular follow ups with them to see how the fridge/freezer was working. Highly recommend these guys. I have already begun referring them to others. Great Job !!
