My thermostat was broken and I invited technician. The guy came to my, looked at the thermostat for several times and said to me that he didn’t understand anything in thermostat. Then he said it is broken. I asked him to fix it, he told me that he should call somebody. Nobody answered him, then he came that I should pay him 200$. I was shocked, because he didn’t do anything. I asked him to help me because I have 3 small kids and it was very hot outside+40. He asked me again to pay him in cash. It’s a pity that such a big company sent me so unprofessional people. I only waste my time. I will never choose the service from this company again. Natalia

There were 2 gentlemen whose names were Sergey- the boss of the company and Jerry - his assistant. Our family was extremely pleased with the service which we received from A- Z moving company. Your moving team was very professional, hardworking, efficient and helpful. They worked very diligently to get our stuff to the new house. They were cooperative, and always in a positive mood, making different jokes with us and especially with our 10-year old son, Lion by name, who was eager to help them. Everything went as planned.
