I first used Appliance Surgeons when my 18-month old KitchenAid microwave had a broken door switch that prevented the oven from starting. The administrator, Lisa, confirmed that a repair was possible and sourced the right parts. The technician, Tony, arrived on time and had the oven fixed in about 30 minutes. He took care to ensure that my kitchen surfaces were protected, and cleaned up well afterwards. The work is covered by a 2-year warranty, which is longer than the original manufacturer's. I called Appliance Surgeons again when the icemaker in my KitchenAid fridge broke down. Lisa booked an appointment for the following day, and Tony had the problem taken care of in less than 45 minutes. Once again, he was super careful not to damage any kitchen surfaces, and even vacuumed and wiped the floor while the fridge was pulled out of its bay. Now that I've had two flawless experiences with Appliance Surgeons, they'll be my first call from now on.

I have worked with Sean three times over several years. The first project was a complete refurnishing of my condo, including a combination home-theatre/file drawer/shelving unit, a room full of bookshelves, decorative display shelving with a hideaway desk, and a queen bed with storage underneath. The other two projects were free-standing cabinets designed to match the first set. Sean took the time to really understand my requirements, and suggested great construction and finish options. The final products were fantastic: sturdy, beautiful, sophisticated and with impeccable finishes. Sean really knows his craft and is a pleasure to work with. I'll never use anyone else!

Badr was introduced to me by a contractor, and she guided my custom furniture design, chose wall and accent colours, helped me choose new art and frames, introduced me to a great painter (Mike Pagnutti) and carpenter (Sean Saley), and planned the new layout. I'm not a design guy by nature, but Badr was able to get a good sense of my style and give me the right choices to make it a reality. She's smart, intuitive, 100% professional and has a mind-boggling command of all the options available in the marketplace. Everyone needs a Badr!
