Never believe this company and it’s warranty. I bought Keeprite AC and furnace from H&R heating and conditioning and was told to do regular servicing inorder to keep the 10 years parts and labour warranty. I would call every year for servicing of both units and sometimes Rafi the main owner of the company would not come right away but would come and do servicing at once for both units as one needs to be serviced in summer and the other in winter. After 8 years only my furnace has started breaking down. Last week the furnace heat exchanger failed as it developed cracks and caused flickery burner flames. I tried to get in touch with Rafi and got the first response after 2 days of trying. When I explained the situation I was told there is no warranty to work on as the servicing was not done regularly. Honestly I have proofs that the furnace and AC units were regularly services from this guy not to mentioned that even filters were purchased from them annually.Let me tell you this “when in need you suffer with this company when it comes to honouring the warranty you paid for”.The owner rudely hung up the phone and told me to deal with MY problem myself, wow what a service for the warranty of 10 years. As I was struggling for last 7 days with no heat I finally called another technician to inspect the furnace and further found out that both AC and furnace were never Registered with The manufacturer . So now instead of free warranty replacement I am forced to buy a new furnace as the cost to replace heat exchanger is almost the same as buying a new furnace.I finally realized t feels that one cannot trust small contractors like this who run the business as one man show. please please guys don’t go with the good reviews you see here about this company, they are totally dishonest. If they did this to me I am sure they must have done this to other innocent customers .Better pay a little more and buy your home appliances from proper registered and licensed BIG companies who stick to their warranty on the paper , their protection plans and give you peace of mind. If anyone has bought something similar from this company kindly make sure that your warranty is authentic and registered.
