“Tremendous” is not a strong enough word to describe my experience with Furnace & A/c Direct. Mr.Paul in sales was extremely helpful in helping me decide which A/C unit I needed for my home. Then there is a Sean in customer support. I can't explain enough about how helpful he was in the installation. Even though I called him at nearly every step of the installation, he never got the least bit irritated from my call. He would answer every question no matter how stupid it seemed. I bought Lennox XC-21 Air Conditioner and now I am deciding to replace my Furnace as well this winter but with not other than Furnace & A/C Direct I can’t explain in my words how great it was to sign up with this company from start to end.
