Our 30? yr old patio door has been very sticky for too long. We were to the point of tearing it out and replacing - messy and $2K to $3K which it seemed we could no longer avoid. Leslie made a service call, took pictures of the ancient and almost seized bottom rollers, and found new replacements for us the next day. And now one finger moves that door - it's like butter! Owner Parker provided a competitive quote and did the install in an efficient and prompt manner, in often unfriendly winter weather. We wanted the main unit on the other side of our garage to eliminate any chance of hearing a fan while in our patio area, and also wanted it mounted high on the wall so that it wouldn't block access and we could comfortably walk underneath it. He put it exactly where we wanted it. The two indoor units were well installed, and Parker was consistently careful to lay down drop cloths and clean up afterwards. The result is inexpensive heat in the winter and inexpensive AC in the summer. Great job - no hesitation in recommending a heat pump or Parker to install it. Rich Deacon, Unionville

Perry did on-site inspection, quoted a competitive price, booked a date, arrived on time and completed the job in 1 day as promised. We have a small upstairs with tight quarters (see photos), low roof, sloped ceilings, etc - no place for amateurs. Steve, Dino and Perry were pleasant, efficient and professional. Lillian provides excellent office support. Perry's also maintain their own bin at the business so you have the comfort of knowing that your old carpet is being responsibly disposed of. Tough to find any faults - maybe Perry himself could lower the volume a touch (he has an enthusiastic personality and very big voice!) Thank you Perry's Carpets for excellent work.

Dave Smith has been our go-to plumber for over 15 years. If you have a plumbing problem and he is able to respond, count yourself among the fortunate - he has seen (and fixed) it all over several decades. However, be forewarned - this is one busy plumber. Our most recent job was the replacement of a leaking pressure tank (we are on a well). While it did take several months to get him here (it was not an emergency and I did not push so no big deal), once here, he and his brother Jeff had a very large and awkward pressure tank disconnected, up a narrow staircase, out the door and into their truck, and the new tank installed and operating in a single morning. In my view, the gold standard.
