An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I was very pleased with the quick, efficient and courteous service. I also appreciated the phone calls letting me know when the guys would arrive. That makes it all a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Greater Toronto Contractors recently completed a bathroom renovation for me and I am very pleased with the result. This is largely thanks to their team approach and meticulous attention to detail. I was very happy that there were no hidden costs after the initial estimate was given. The company kept to the budget. There is so much choice of fixtures, tiles, paint etc. that I was happy to have a project manager listen to what I like, visit stores on my behalf, and provide me with a good selection to choose from. I was told how long my project should take and this timeline was honoured. In order to accommodate all of the trades, the crew uncomplainingly worked a few times late into the evening and even on Saturday. They used my garage for storage of the new fixtures and to do some of their work. It was left spotless - all cardboard boxes and other debris swept up or taken away. There is always someone at the end of the telephone if you have any concerns. A walk through is done to make sure that all ends are tied up. My bathroom is beautiful and I would like to thank Kim and Rick for their professionalism and great ideas. Eddie and his band of workers impressed me with their courtesy and skill.
