In dealing with Saslove Design, I was impressed by the unusually good initiative that they showed the devotion to doing an excellent job, and the accomplishment of the customer goals. No sooner had I put my request on the BARK system, that I received their phone call, this, within a few minutes or so. The owner, who I dealt with, always had my wellbeing in mind. She always answers the phone or is quick to responds whenever that is. Her flexibility is outstanding. As the project develops, and needs are defined more clearly, she will quickly change her direction to align herself with her customers needs; a quick and attentive response is provided, and the ease with which she is dealing with the changes, seems to be a natural for her. For example, one quote was delivered late afternoon, on a Saturday! She will explore more than one solution and give you her comments on all of them. You will never have a surprise invoice. Her work is quoted by the activity and the hour, but she is generous with her time and respects her commitment. I gave her a 9. Had she had a bit more business experience, I would have given her a 10. I recommend her highly.
