Ray presented himself very well and demonstrated excellent product knowledge, service and listened to all concerns. He had good listening skills. He was helpful in suggested several options for our renovated home. Ray took ownership to stay in touch with me and wife throughout the process and answered all our questions in a timely manner. He personally came to install all blinds.
