James and the team at Accolade, were able to show up on time and in a rush, as I needed my old tankless to be serviced for my tenant as they were out of hot water and being difficult. James came in with a positive attitude and was able to calm the family down and ensure their hot water was his top priority. Accolade was able to override the boiler programming to ensure it would run until the emergency part could be shipped in. James was able to educated me and breakdown sizing and selection of boilers. I learned that the previous mechanical contractor undersized my tankless unit and did not actually provide the proper service as per the manufactures instructions. After looking at the art work of boiler installs and service programs presented by James to his current clients, I have no doubt in my mind that I will now have James and his team serving all my rental properties going forward. This is not just because of their unquestionable professionalism, but that they gave me confidence at the end of the day and that things will be alright and they will be done right, and days end, that is more than good enough for me.
