Lorans and his team (incl. Yussef and an electrician) did a great job with repairs in my 50+ year old condo. Lorans first came for A/C coils maintenance, and then again to replace molded insulation in 2 very narrow A/C shafts, install a fan in a bathroom, where other contractors have said it is not possible, and finally he even changed a light fixture as a gift. What is invaluable about Lorans is that he is not only excellent professional, as well as extremely reliable and prompt person, but he is also very friendly and explains all details and options. The cost was very reasonable. I could not have found a better contractor; I am so happy with the service. Thank you very much!
