I loved my new bathrooms, they are just modern and beautiful and working with Nima, and the whole Renotec team was a joy. This was the first renovation of our lives, and you hear terrifying stories; well, this is NOT one of those. It was a smooth process; all our questions were responded to with patience, I learned a lot, and we were guided through all the decisions. A very professional team! Sia helped us with a raccoon in the attic. Initially, he needed to ensure there were no babies, and once that was 100% confirmed, he found the place that the raccoon was using to enter the attic and placed a gate that allowed the animal to leave but not to re-entered. He made sure to check and reinforced all the possible places that the animal could use to re-enter, and now the animal is gone, and we can sleep well. Sia was very professional, walked us step by step on what needed to happen, and always showed us videos and pictures of the situation. I recommend this company 100%
