Sprinkler layout was not very well organized. Service is very slow and Mike was not very helpful when I sought his help with regards to sprinkler head coverage issues. He overloaded one zone with too many heads and it took him forever to fix it.

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your recent service and it really surprised us to see just how unhappy you were with our company as a whole. You have been an appreciated customer of ours for the last 2 1/2 years and through that we would like to think we provided nothing but quality service to you. At times it may have taken us longer than you would have liked to arrive but we also were trying to fit you in a time when we were in the neighborhood, as we never charged you for any of our visits.
A year after your system was installed we were still receiving accolades from you regarding the service you were receiving and that you were recommending us to friends and family. We have been to your house many times over the last 2 years because as a self proclaimed "perfectionist" you were concerned with overwatering, then under watering, then back to overwatering, and so on. You had tried to adjust your sprinkler heads and asked us to come out to fix them which we did - again never charging you.
You recently added shrubbery to the middle of your yard and when you mentioned you were not receiving proper coverage we had to point out the shrubbery was never originally there and that it was not a fault of ours that water coverage may change after your landscaping has changed. You also changed the initial design of the irrigation system that we were intending to install as you were concerned with tenants parking over the road curb on your grass and potentially damaging the sprinkler heads. The design of the system was under your instruction even though we explained how we would recommend it be installed. Though we did not agree with the design you were wanting, we always made sure there was adequate water coverage.
We really do value you as a customer and have always tried to keep customer service our number one priority. Please feel free to contact us in the future if there is anything we can do to come to a resolution.
