Floor change done due to water leak. I called to check the warranty. They said the installation and manufacturer warranty is one year even though they can't find any document to show. I checked the manufacturer warranty and it's 15-25 years by other vendors! After that, I can't trust what they are saying at all. STAY AWAY from this COMPANY! Don't get trapped their fancy presentation.
