It has taken me a while to write this review. I wanted to write as detailed as possible. Zaid is an amazing moving company. They are highly professional. When I first reached him, he contacted me within one day and gave me a quote which included everything --- no surprises he promised me at the end. The day of the move three of them arrived including Zaid EARLY. This was a first for me as I have moved many times before. All were very nice. They made sure they put things properly on the truck. Did they move ever fast. I figured it would take at least over 4 hours to empty my condo. I would say 90% was packed and ready to go. There was all the last minute stuff to pack as we kept cleaning as they removed everything. They took things apart at the Condo carefully and fast and made sure it was placed on the truck safely. It only took 3 hours to load the truck. I could not keep up with them and they began to pack things as well towards the end. As we were moving to a house that was closing the same day we were early. They were able to take an hour break before they went to the house. It only took them 2 hours to offload everything, move everything into place, rebuild what had to be rebuilt. As well, I had a stove in the kitchen on the main floor that was going to the basement and they moved it right away. All of the appliances did not cost extra and neither did the stairs. We could not believe the speed and professionalism. They deserved the extra cash we gave them. We used them a second time to move stuff from our locker and once again his drivers showed up on time, they moved fast and efficiently. It was all done within two hours. They even moved most of the stuff into our backyard shed, which has stairs and a down slope. AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM – and I have to people I talk to. Thank you very much Zaid for a great experience with your moving company. I will continue to recommend you for a long time.

Ian is one of the owners of this company who is a certified electrician. I have used him and his team to do electrical work. His team worked on my previous basement wiring adding new sockets. They came in on time, did the work. If they did not have the material, they notified Ian first on what to do and he would speak to me on my options. I found this a proper chain of command. He personally did the wiring in my condo. His was a very difficult job as the wiring is Aluminum. He did a great job. No more sparks and all my appliances work without it being blown. He put in a new box, new wiring in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plus any box that had sparks flying out. He even showed me one wire from the dish washer that was beginning to melt and close to catching fire. He told all along the way what he was doing and why. I feel very safe in my place.

Trever's crew worked hard and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. They always came on time and in some instances they came early. The quality of the work was great. If there was something his crew could not do, he outsourced it and made sure it was done right. He brought in a licensed electrician and plumber doing the work that needed that level of expertise. His prices are very reasonable and they get the work done when he says it will be done. His crew would always clean up after themselves. Further, Trever gave me some great suggestions which would make the renovation worth it. He talked me out of a "plastic" shower to a glass one with tiles.... it was worth the cost! I brought in several real estate agents and they all said it was an amazing job. I put out about $35,000 and in turn my place is now worth $40,000 on top of that - so all together - my place is now worth $75,000 more. Thank you Trever for all your hard work and helpful tips.
