First Call has come to our assistance twice now to help us when our elderly parents had either heating or hot water tank issues in their homes. Both times they identified the faulty part within minutes. We were very happy to hear that our parents equally thought the technicians were very knowledgeable, pleasant and took the time to clearly explain the issues before fixing them.
