We moved at the height of coronavirus case counts in January, and I paid for full service of packing and moving. This entailed 2 full days of 7 people working within a relatively small space. Every single person maintained a strict self-imposed protocol of masking, keeping discussions to a minimum, and leaving the house to eat outside (in January!). They were efficient and extraordinarily cautious in packing items, whether it was a fragile dinner set or custom wood chairs. Two truck loads later, not a single item was chipped, scratched or broken. Everything landed in its proper place at the new home. They also went over and above, dismantling a Murphy bed and reassembling, jumping in to help me with touch ups to pre-existing floor scratches. And, every worker was kind and respectful during those two days. There’s nothing I would alter on their service. I highly recommend this team, the moving experience was completely stress free.
