Boris was professional, communicative, on time and accurate. Unlike 2 other companies who I talked to first about this same repair, the first incorrectly diagnosed without even proper investigation. The second didn't get back to me in the middle of our communications. Boris was knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. He thoroughly researched the repair, ordered the correct part and fixed it, in a timely, no-BS manner and at a much lower cost than the other guys had quoted. Highly recommended.

Gave expensive quote based on 2 sec check without in depth diagnosis. Service tech was arrogant. Had to followup to get a receipt for the service call which is all we proceeded with.

Allen was very quick to respond to my online request even in the evening. Came next day when he said he would and fixed my dishwasher quickly and efficiently with no surprises.
